It is living in a suburban area with easy access to shopping and eating places. Easy access and minutes to surrounding locations like the MOA and highways like 494 and 77.

I have lived here for three years and couldn't be happier with my home. The staff in the office is always helpful and quick to answer any questions I have and the maintenance staff is ridiculously speedy when something goes wrong. Out of all the choices that were available when I first moved to the cities, I am very happy that I chose to live here. I recommend this property to anyone looking for a new place to live in the Eagan area.

Bayberry Place is a great mix of residents, from friendly little children to senior citizens. The combination of working singles, to families, to retired couples make it a wonderful place to live. The neighbors are great! They are friendly, never boring, and always helpful. The staff is equally friendly and helpful, from the office manager to the maintenance and cleaning staff.
